NIGERIA SUPER EAGLES at the 1992 AFRICA CUP OF NATIONS (AFCON) had an “Oyibo” in the person of REUBEN AGBOOLA (HALF CAST) in the team.
He was brought from LONDON to play and was Sensational at the SENEGAL ’92 Tournament in which the SUPER EAGLES came 3rd.
After loosing 1 – 2 to the BLACK STARS OF GHANA in the Semi-final Match and beat the INDOMITABLE LIONS OF CAMEROUN 2 – 1 in the third place play-off.
Unfortunately, REUBEN AGBOOLA failed to make it to the USA ’94, which was the SUPER EAGLES first ever WORLD CUP.
CLEMENCE WESTERHOF reason why of dropping him was that, “HE FINDS IT SO DIFFICULT TO RETURN FROM OVER-LAPPING”!

He Suddenly “OVER-,LAPPED” on Tuesday 2nd NOVEMBER, 2021 with the purported “Impeachment” of the DEPUTY SPEAKER RT HON AMARA CHYNA-IWUANYANWU and has not yet returned back from the infantile ” OVER-LAPPING”!
The heavy Criticism from the general Public against the SPEAKER may open up other Cans of Worm and really calls for genuine Concerns.
On Same Tuesday of the failed “Impeachment”, Speaker Paul Emeziem also recalled Six (6) hitherto “SUSPENDED” Members of the IMO STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY.
They include Hon UCHE OGBUAGU (IKEDURU), HON BARR ANYADIKE NWOSU (EZINIHITTE MBAISE), HON AMB PHILIP EJIOGU (OWERRI-NORTH), HON BARR KENNEDY IBEH (OBOWO), HON DOMINIC EZERIOHA (ORU-WEST) AND HON MICHEAL CROWN ONYEMAECHI (IHITTE UBOMA)!
SPEAKER PAUL EMEZIEM had on Thursday 8th JULY, 2021 “SUSPENDED THEM FOR WHAT HE TERMED UNPARLIAMENTARY CONDUCT”!
It is now EXPOSED that 48 HOURS after the recall of the 6 LAWMAKERS, the SPEAKER is withholding their ALLOWANCES and has refused to pay them.
Which Payment should have been instant on their Successful Recall.
Credible Information has it that the SPEAKER RT HON PAUL EMEZIEM has DELIBERATELY kept Mute on the said ALLOWANCES, which was continued to be released to the ASSEMBLY for the Whole Members, Including that of the former Suspended Members, as a Calculated attempt to divert the funds!
Apart from the SPEAKER’S refusal to pay the ALLOWANCES, it is also REVEALED that he has Concluded plans on resumption of Plenary to remove the MAJORITY LEADER OF THE IMO ASSEMBLY HON KANAYO DELE ONYEMAECHI (OWERRI-WEST) and replace him with Him EDDY OBINNA, Member Representing ABOH MBAISE STATE CONSTITUENCY.
That is not all, he has also concluded plans to remove the DEPUTY MAJORITY LEADER AND MEMBER FOR EHIME MBANO HON EMEKA NDUKA and replace him with Hon CHIDI OGBUNIKPA, Member for OKIGWE.
As Shocking as the above EXPOSITIONS are, the SPEAKER RT HON PAUL EMEZIEM as part of his DESPERATION to Cover his shame at the Unsuccessful attempt to remove the DEPUTY SPEAKER, will also at the resumption of Plenary, change BARR (MRS) CHINELO EMEGHARA as CLERK OF THE HOUSE!
Ironically, in all these plans, the SPEAKER RT HON PAUL EMEZIEM does not have the Support or nod of Gov Hope Uzodinma!
As he is only acting on his Own Volition!
Gov Hope Uzodinma is so much embittered with the SPEAKER for all these acts Without first Seeking for his opinion, as the ALL PROGRESSIVES CONGRESS (APC) Leader in IMO STATE, on the moves!
This Exposition has become necessary because the SPEAKER is hiding under the Purported “IMPEACHMENT” of the DEPUTY SPEAKER RT HON AMARA CHYNA-IWUANYANWU, to perpetuate his already Programmed SINISTER PLANS!
The question now is not the failed Impeachment but when is he releasing the Strangulated ALLOWANCES of the now recalled 6 MEMBERS?
RT HON PAUL EMEZIEM should come clean on these, unless he wants to add fuel to the already burning fire, which he lit !
Let him also as a Matter of Urgent Public Importance, Pay up Immediately, Without further delay, the accumulated ALLOWANCES which funds had since been released.
Let him.not make the Singular Mistake of misappropriating the funds under whatever guise.
Unless therefore he Wants to Confirm to ndi-IMO that he Can’t possibly RETURN FROM OVER-LAPPING!
